The link between Colgate and 'mind control' was mentioned earlier. That company's reputation with fluoride as a toothpaste ingredient is a promotional legend, particularly in Kenya where a ban on the TV advertising of fluoridated toothpaste produced some extraordinary pecuniary persuasion from Colgate in attempts to preserve the status quo for the company's benefit.
When official fluoridation corruption was exposed in New Zealand, a 'scientific study' was hurriedly executed to try to justify the original government/industry claims and repair the damage done to the fluoride empire. The accreditation appended to that study is reproduced here, with emphasis added:

At the present writing, fluoride therapy is no longer a recommended primary treatment for otosclerosis (NIH consensus), because of its effect on other bones including the possibility of increasing the risk of hip fractures. (Riggs et al, 1987; Riggs et al, 1990). It would seem to us, that one would need to consider both the risk of hearing progression, and balance it against the risk of adverse effects on other bones, when prescribing.

Sodium fluoride is a dietary supplement (not a drug). The idea of using fluoride is not unlike that of using it for teeth -- fluoride speeds up hardening of bone. A large uncontrolled study of about 1500 patients by Dr. Shambough and associates (at Northwestern, the author's institution) suggested that it was effective. Nevertheless, this treatment is not widely accepted and has not been proven to be effective. Other more rigorous trials have reported similar results (Bretlau et al, 1989). Some advocate using sodium fluoride for cochlear otosclerosis (Lippy and Berkowitz, 2008).

The protocol for medical treatment is to use 2-4 tablets/day of Florical plus 400 U of vitamin D. Side effects of fluoride (Florical and Monocal are the two preparations available over the counter) include occasional stomach upset, allergic itching, and increased joint pains. If aggravation of arthritis occurs, the Fluoride is stopped and the joints return to their previous state in a few weeks. In such a situation, patients can "pace themselves", taking as much of the medication as can be tolerated. Monical is a preparation that is absorbed in the intestine rather than in the stomach and may cause less side effects.

Typical doses are one tablet three times a day (florical) and one-two tablets three times a day (Monocal). Aldolescents are treated with 2.2 mg/day of sodium fluoride (Lippy and Berenholtz, 2008). After two years of fluoride treatment, the dose of fluoride is reduced from three times a day to once a day. Once the otospongiosis phase of otosclerosis is over and there is a clear cut otosclerosis documented by conductive hearing loss, fluoride may be stopped. The treatment is continued after surgery.

Water Fluoride Good Bad Ugly

Fluoride is also used in the production of plastics, electronics, metallurgy, petroleum, pesticides, detergents, crystal glass, light bulbs, and ceramics. Do YOU use any of these products? Do you realize use of these products may contribute to your intake of fluoride? Pesticide residues remain on foods, medicines contain fluoride (arthritis, HIV drugs and asthma inhalers for example) and air is often polluted by fluoride from industry.

· Children's dental fluorosis rates have steeply increased. At least 22% of all American children now have dental fluorosis as a result of ingesting too much fluoride, according to The Centers for Disease Control (CDC). Note: Some sources claim this number may be as high as 69%.

· New research proves much of what we’ve been told about fluoride is incorrect. If there are any dental benefits to fluoride at all, if there are any at all. . . those benefits are derived from topical application. There is no reason to take fluoride supplements or to put it into our water supplies. . . and many good reasons NOT to. More and more scientists are now seriously questioning the benefits of fluoride, even in small amounts.

Tooth enamel requires some fluoride for its cementation, which is then incorporated into the enamel mass. As a rule, sufficient fluoride is ingested from the environment, in combination with silicates or in protein from fish. If a little more fluoride is administered, teeth will be less prone to develop caries even if there is a shortage of vitamin D, calcium and acidic foods in the diet, and if many sweets are eaten.*

So everyone, and especially children, is given sodium fluoride, because it is a by-product of industry. This compound is, however, highly poisonous, even in the quantities given to children in fluoride tablets. Even a million to one dilution causes mutations, as Dr. Mohamed, at the University of Kansas, has shown. Cancer and leukemia incidence rates increase by 15%, a fact first disputed, and now officially accepted by the British government. The metabolism of the child's brain, which requires a great deal of oxygen, is impaired by sodium fluoride (NaF). Damage to skin growth, hair growth, a tendency towards bronchitis, etc., are part of it.

An American court in Plymouth, near Pittsburgh, studied approximately 150 affidavits on the subject of fluoride prophylaxis of teeth with NaF. At least 94% of these affidavits and publications dealt with the dangers due to NaF.

Nevertheless, this substance continues to be administered to almost all German children.

The Golden Bough/Tabooed things

1. The Meaning of Taboo
THUS in primitive society the rules of ceremonial purity observed by divine kings, chiefs, and priests agree in many respects with the rules observed by homicides, mourners, women in childbed, girls at puberty, hunters and fishermen, and so on. To us these various classes of persons appear to differ totally in character and condition; some of them we should call holy, others we might pronounce unclean and polluted. But the savage makes no such moral distinction between them; the conceptions of holiness and pollution are not yet differentiated in his mind. To him the common feature of all these persons is that they are dangerous and in danger, and the danger in which they stand and to which they expose others is what we should call spiritual or ghostly, and therefore imaginary. The danger, however, is not less real because it is imaginary; imagination acts upon man as really as does gravitation, and may kill him as certainly as a dose of prussic acid. To seclude these persons from the rest of the world so that the dreaded spiritual danger shall neither reach them nor spread from them, is the object of the taboos which they have to observe. These taboos act, so to say, as electrical insulators to preserve the spiritual force with which these persons are charged from suffering or inflicting harm by contact with the outer world.

To the illustrations of these general principles which have been already given I shall now add some more, drawing my examples, first, from the class of tabooed things, and, second, from the class of tabooed words; for in the opinion of the savage both things and words may, like persons, be charged or electrified, either temporarily or permanently, with the mysterious virtue of taboo, and may therefore require to be banished for a longer or shorter time from the familiar usage of common life. And the examples will be chosen with special reference to those sacred chiefs, kings and priests, who, more than anybody else, live fenced about by taboo as by a wall. Tabooed things will be illustrated in the present chapter, and tabooed words in the next.

Hermetic Order of the Golden Dawn

The Hermetic Order of the Golden Dawn (or, more commonly, the Golden Dawn) was a magical order active in Great Britain during the late 19th and early 20th centuries, which practiced theurgy and spiritual development. It has been one of the largest single influences on 20th-century Western occultism.[1][2]

Concepts of magic and ritual at the center of contemporary traditions, such as Wicca[3][4] and Thelema, were inspired by the Golden Dawn.

The three founders, William Robert Woodman, William Wynn Westcott, and Samuel Liddell MacGregor Mathers were Freemasons and members of Societas Rosicruciana in Anglia (S.R.I.A.).[5] Westcott appears to have been the initial driving force behind the establishment of the Golden Dawn.

The Golden Dawn system was based on hierarchy and initiation like the Masonic Lodges, however women were admitted on an equal basis with men. The "Golden Dawn" was the first of three Orders, although all three are often collectively referred to as the "Golden Dawn". The First Order taught esoteric philosophy based on the Hermetic Qabalah and personal development through study and awareness of the four Classical Elements as well as the basics of astrology, tarot divination, and geomancy. The Second or "Inner" Order, the Rosae Rubeae et Aureae Crucis (the Ruby Rose and Cross of Gold), taught proper magic, including scrying, astral travel, and alchemy. The Third Order was that of the "Secret Chiefs", who were said to be highly-skilled but no longer incarnate; they supposedly directed the activities of the lower two orders by spirit communication with the Chiefs of the Second Order.
